Paull Young currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at GitHub, focusing on collaboration within the open source software development community to promote climate progress. Additionally, Paull hosts the Climate Dads Podcast, aimed at fathers concerned about their children's futures. Previous experience includes leading global sustainability strategies at Meta, where efforts centered on major initiatives like Earth Day and Climate Week, and directing nonprofit partnerships at Facebook. Paull was integral to Instagram's partnerships as the second hire, developing product collaborations, and also served as the Director of Digital at charity: water. Earlier roles included managing social media strategies for various clients at Converseon and serving as a special projects manager at BAM Media. Paull holds an Executive Education degree in Sustainability Leadership from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Charles Sturt University.
