Reema Sardana is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GitHub since September 2022, Reema has previously held senior positions at Rally Health, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, from March 2018 to August 2022. Reema's earlier experience includes a tenure at Microsoft from February 2009 to February 2018, where various roles were undertaken, such as Principal Engineering Manager and Principal Technical Lead. Beginning the career at Yahoo! as a Software Engineer from July 2006 to July 2007, Reema also gained initial experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Google in 2008. Reema holds a BE in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and pursued further education at Stony Brook University.
