Rynelle Hoffman-Minkley

Rynelle Hoffman-Minkley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership, currently serving as the Global HR Services Leader at GitHub since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rynelle held various HR director positions at Microsoft from October 2008 to March 2022, including HR Director for both the E+D / Office Experiences Organization and AI+R / Bing. Rynelle also contributed as a Global Performance Consultant at Equifax, where a significant accomplishment included the implementation of a Global Talent Management System serving over 5,000 employees worldwide. Additionally, prior HR management experience includes roles at Comcast/AT&T Broadband and AT&T Broadband. Rynelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Oregon State University.
