Sid Espinosa

Sid Espinosa currently serves as the Head of Social Impact at GitHub, a role focused on leveraging the company's resources to empower nonprofits and foster positive social change. Prior to GitHub, Sid held various influential positions, including Sr. Director of Philanthropy at Microsoft and Director of Global Philanthropy and Government and Public Affairs at HP. Additionally, Sid served as Mayor and City Councilman for the City of Palo Alto and worked as an Assistant to the Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice. Sid holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s Degree from Wesleyan University.
