Adhiran Thirmal

Adhiran Thirmal is a seasoned professional in product security, currently serving as a Senior Technical Architect at GitLab since 2025. Previously, Adhiran held positions including Solutions Engineer at Cycode and Senior Solutions Engineer at Security Compass, where empowerment of product teams and automation of security processes were key focuses. A Technical Program Manager role was fulfilled at Amazon Web Services in 2020, and prior to that, Adhiran was a Solution Architect for Fortify at Micro Focus, earning the Rookie of the Quarter and Proactive Engagement Awards. Early career experiences include a Senior DevOps Engineer role at SAP and various positions at TELUS, where significant contributions were made to application security strategies and internal IT solutions.
