Brian Henzelmann is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, and enterprise-level management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions Architecture at GitLab, Brian leads a team of Solutions Architects focusing on optimizing customer outcomes through technology alignment and cost reduction strategies. Previously, Brian managed a Solutions Architecture team at GitLab, significantly contributing to revenue growth and team development. With a foundational background as a Senior Solutions Engineer at VMware Tanzu and roles at Pivotal Software, Northwestern Mutual, and GE Digital, Brian has developed expertise in enhancing developer productivity and deploying modern software solutions. Brian co-founded Pingum, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, along with a graduate certificate in Business Management from Indiana University.
