Carissa Comp currently serves as Area Vice President at GitLab since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from a seven-year tenure at Salesforce where roles included Area Vice President, Regional Vice President, Senior Account Executive, and Salesforce Account Executive. Prior to Salesforce, Carissa was Sales Manager for B2B and Digital at Under Armour and held the position of Regional Sales & Marketing Manager at Oakley. Earlier in career, Carissa managed the Roxy Mountain Project as Regional Team Manager at Quiksilver and was a sponsored amateur athlete from 2001 to 2007, excelling in snowboarding and participating in significant competitions such as the Snowboard Nationals and US Open. Carissa holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
