Caroline Simpson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Backend Engineering Manager for Verify:Pipeline Execution at GitLab since August 2022, Caroline also co-owned Spool & Spindle from April 2016 to August 2022. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Bungalow, including Engineering Manager and Backend Software Developer, and worked as an Independent Software Developer from January 2013 to August 2020. Additional experience includes positions at Sortable, Intel Security as Software Architect, CIGI, McAfee, Aimetis, and PEER Group, focusing on software development, architecture, and automation.
