Dan Hodes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in risk management and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Senior Director at GitLab since December 2022, Dan specializes in supporting dispute resolution, managing litigations and arbitrations, and handling legal documentation. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Litigation at CrowdStrike, where responsibilities included overseeing a litigation risk portfolio during significant company growth. Dan's earlier roles include Assistant General Counsel and Senior Attorney at Hallmark Cards, where litigation and claims management were key focuses. Dan's legal career also includes a noteworthy tenure at German May PC, providing services to large corporations through all phases of litigation, and an associate role at Weil Gotshal and Manges, advising high-profile clients on antitrust and intellectual property issues.
