Denise Parsonage possesses extensive experience in talent management and people operations, having held key positions such as Director of Talent Management and Director of People Business Partner at GitLab. Denise's entrepreneurial spirit led to a role as a self-employed People & Culture Consultant and Coach. As a founding member of CPOHQ, Denise contributed to the organization's growth and development. Previous experience includes serving as the VP and Head of People at Wisk and the Head of People at Kitty Hawk. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and completed coaching training at iPEC Coaching from 2020 to 2021.
