Frances Zj Wang

Frances ZJ Wang is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in leading innovative technology initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for GitLab's Duo Agent Platform since November 2025, Frances is focused on developing secure, cloud-native AI agents for software development. Previously, Frances held senior product management roles at PagerDuty, TWG, and Loblaw Digital, focusing on AIOps and customer growth analytics. Frances's career also includes valuable experience at PwC Canada, Strategy&, and Mercedes-Benz Canada, where strategic consulting and product analysis were key responsibilities. Frances holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and participated in an exchange program at the University of Mannheim, specializing in International Business and Tax.
