Lynsey Sayers

Lynsey Sayers is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal, Privacy & IP at GitLab since April 2020, Lynsey has held progressively responsible roles at the company, including Senior Director and Director of Legal, Privacy & Products. Prior to GitLab, Lynsey was the Director of Privacy, Legal at Ancestry from June 2017 to April 2020 and had a long tenure at Adobe from January 1997 to June 2017, where Lynsey held various positions including Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer. Lynsey holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University and a BA(Hons) in Law from Glasgow Caledonian University.
