Omar Bickell

Omar Bickell is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and technical architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Engineer at GitLab, Omar specializes in enabling customers to achieve their business objectives through the DevSecOps platform while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for AI applications. As the Founder and President of 9304-7751 Quebec Inc., Omar leads a consulting company that provides tailored solutions in project management and technical implementation. Previous roles include Product Manager at Pantheon Platform, where Omar designed a Managed Updates service, and Business Analyst at The Linux Foundation, where Omar improved membership processes. Omar co-founded the Association Drupal de Montreal and played a significant role in promoting open-source software standards in Quebec.
