Tess Dutton

Tess Dutton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and field enablement within notable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager, GTM Field Enablement at GitLab, Tess leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing product launches and revenue programs. At Gamechangers, Inc., Tess holds the role of Director of Alumni, focusing on engaging and expanding the women’s network. Tess is also an active member of the Athena Alliance, contributing to the empowerment of women leaders. Previous roles include a Program Specialist at Amwell, where Tess developed scalable enablement programs, and a Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Philosophy from Boston University, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, and a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Instituto Internacional de Madrid.
