Yang Lyu is an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer at GitLab since December 2024, previously holding the position of Cloud Engineer at TRKKN for a brief period. Prior to this, Yang developed a Web API for the RFS risk modelling platform at Kablamo, where significant achievements included implementing a user login system with AWS services. Yang's earlier roles included working at ANZ as a Kubernetes Engineer, focusing on enhancing CI/CD platforms, and at nbn™ Australia and Service Stream as a design consultant and fibre designer, respectively, specializing in network design and deployment for Australia’s National Broadband Network. Academically, Yang holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Deakin University, graduating with distinction, as well as degrees in Architecture and Engineering from RMIT University and Shandong University, respectively.
