Monique Poots-van Sprew is an experienced independent assessment psychologist (NIP) with a robust background in conducting assessments and selection processes across various organizations and government ministries. Currently active since June 2016 with Leeuwendaal / RTP, Meurs HRM, and GITP, Monique facilitates trainee selections, evaluates future bus drivers, and provides assessment consultancy for multiple clients. Additionally, experience includes assessing employees at ING, conducting selection interviews for police candidates, and advising on career transitions for personnel at Rijkswaterstaat and other entities.
