Bianca Nieves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth leadership and demand generation. As the Founding Growth Lead at GitStart, Bianca plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy. In addition, Bianca serves as an Advisor for Women in Voice and is the CEO and Co-Founder of iridescentnostalgia. Previously, Bianca held the position of Head of Demand Generation at Humanly and served as VP of Growth at Arist. Bianca earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Texas A&M University between 2014 and 2017.
