Eugenia Sepe is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director and Business and Team Coach at GIVA Group since March 2018, Eugenia oversees HR strategies. Prior to this position, Eugenia held the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Global Business Service Gruppo Pulitori & Affini Spa, SARCA Catering Spa, and Ecopadana from 2013 to 2017, contributing to integrated business services and facility management. Earlier positions include Global HR Director at Gruppo Faresin Building S.p.A., HR Manager Business Partner at IKEA Group, and various HR roles at Feralpi Group and AGRO ITTICA LOMBARDA S.P.A. since 1987.
