Likith M Kumar

Likith M Kumar has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business management and consultancy. Currently serving in the CEO's Office at GIVA since November 2025, Likith previously held the position of Chief of Staff at MasterChow from February 2024 to November 2025, where responsibilities included leading regional business development and new initiatives in exports and the HORECA vertical. Prior to that, Likith contributed to revenue management and strategic projects at MasterChow and consulted for a major US aviation company at HEX Advisory Group. As a co-founder of Crispy Bells Foods, a corporate catering business, Likith managed operations and financial aspects, generating an annual turnover of approximately ₹30L. Earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Safety Engineer and Intern at Textron Aviation. Likith holds a PGP in Technology and Business Management from Masters' Union and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
