Alan Stelzer

Alan Stelzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Program Manager at Givaudan since November 2021, Alan previously held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Meggitt from November 2016 to November 2021. Prior experience includes the position of Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Meritor between 2013 and 2016, as well as serving as Quality Manager at ZFBoge Elastmetall from December 2003 to June 2007. Alan began a career in quality systems management at International Truck and Engine, where employment lasted from July 1988 to June 2003. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, which was earned between 1976 and 1982, and completed college preparatory education at Greenon High School from 1972 to 1976.
