Alison Domzalski

Alison Domzalski, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist III at Givaudan, with a focus on natural ingredients research and natural products chemistry in the Taste & Wellbeing division. Prior to this role, Alison served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, specializing in microbial natural products chemistry. Experience includes adjunct lecturer positions at Brooklyn College and John Jay College, where Alison taught organic chemistry and developed curriculum. A Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Research Fellow at Osaka University, Alison conducted biophysical analyses of natural products. Additionally, work as a Criminalist Level Two at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner involved scientific analyses for legal investigations. Alison holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Graduate Center, a Master of Science in Forensic Science from John Jay College, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University.
