Andres Gonzalez

Andres Gonzalez, C.P.M. has extensive experience in procurement and supplier management, currently serving as a Global Category Buyer at Givaudan since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing a supplier base for fresh and dried vegetables in the United States and Europe while negotiating pricing and contracts. Prior to Givaudan, Andres worked for 17 years as a Purchasing Specialist at Woodland Foods, focusing on developing both domestic and overseas suppliers to meet quality and service standards, and received training as an internal auditor for their BRC certification. Additionally, Andres served as a Supply Manager at Peerless of America II from March 1983 to July 2001, where duties involved negotiating raw material purchases and advising on market trends.
