Caroline Brunet has extensive experience in quality management and production leadership within the food and fragrance industries, currently serving as Compounding Production Manager at Givaudan since December 2010, where Caroline manages a team of approximately 115 personnel and drives productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles at Givaudan include Quality Manager and Regional Quality Manager for the EAME region, overseeing quality assurance and control across multiple sites and projects, leading significant reductions in non-conformities and customer complaints. Prior to Givaudan, Caroline held quality management positions at Leblond Socobeur and Leclerc, focusing on compliance with hygiene standards and certification processes. Caroline holds a degree in agro-food engineering from AgroSup Dijon and a Bachelor’s degree in Life and Natural Sciences from CY Cergy Paris Université.
