Dmitri Colesnic

Dmitri Colesnic is a seasoned professional in the field of organic chemistry with extensive experience in innovation and development. Currently serving as the Head of Develop & Process at Givaudan since March 2021, Dmitri leads the development of fragrance delivery systems for laundry and personal care applications. Prior to this role, Dmitri worked at Arkema from January 2016 to March 2021 as the Innovation & Development Manager, overseeing the development of additives for the coating and adhesive industries and leading an additive synthesis laboratory while also managing intellectual property, project management, and regulatory support. Dmitri began a career in research at Sorbonne University as a Research Fellow from October 2012 to December 2015, contributing to the development of hierarchical systems using cyclodextrins and earning a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Sorbonne University, along with a Master of Science from Université de Rennes I and a Master of Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Rennes.
