Michelle McCabe

Michelle McCabe has extensive experience in the fragrance and beauty industry, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability for Fragrance & Beauty at Givaudan since May 2006. Additional roles at Givaudan include Vice President Sales, Global Account Director, and Senior Creative Fragrance Manager. Prior to Givaudan, Michelle held the position of Director of Product Development at Victoria's Secret from 2005 to 2006 and was Senior Manager of Product Development at Avon Products from 2003 to 2005. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Springfield College (1994-1997).
