Olivier Berthet is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT management and education. Currently serving as Problem Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead at Givaudan since August 2013, Olivier is responsible for leading a global problem management team and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma. Previously, Olivier held the position of Global IT Asset & Capacity Manager, where accountabilities included managing global IT contracts and processes.
