Severin Mueller

Severin Mueller is a highly experienced professional in the field of toxicology and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Global Head of Food Safety and Product Toxicology as well as Global Head of Scientific Affairs at Givaudan since April 2020. Prior to this, Severin held senior roles, including Senior REACH Consultant at Roche and various leadership positions at SI Group, where responsibilities included managing product safety and regulatory activities across EMEA & APAC regions. With a career that began at Ciba, where Severin advanced to Head of Regulatory Service Headquarters, significant expertise has been developed in regulatory compliance, product safety, and toxicology. Severin earned a PhD in Toxicology and Risk Assessment and holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science, both from ETH Zürich.
