Sophie Gasperment

Sophie Gasperment is currently the Director at Givaudan. Prior to their current position, they held various management positions at different companies including the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Kingfisher plc, D'Ieteren Group - Moleskine, D'Ieteren, Belron, and Cimpress. Gasperment has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair at The Body Shop from July 2008 to October 2013. From January 2014 to December 2018, they were the Group Strategic Prospective and Financial Communication at L'Oréal. Lastly, they were the Managing Director at L'Oréal U.K. and Ireland from September 1986 to January 2008.

Sophie Gasperment has a MBA from INSEAD and ESSEC Business School.
