Derek Esposito

Derek Esposito currently serves as the Director of Maintenance at Give and Go Prepared Foods since February 2024. Previously, Derek held the position of Director, North American Maintenance and Reliability at Wonderbrands from July 2021 to February 2024 and served as Director, North American Maintenance at Weston Foods between April 2019 and July 2021. Derek also worked at Canada Bread Company, Limited as the Canadian National Maintenance Manager from March 2016 to April 2019 and was employed at Mondelēz International in various roles including North American Regional PM Pillar Leader, where Integrated Lean Six Sigma methodologies were utilized to promote zero breakdowns and reduce maintenance costs across North America. Other roles include Canadian Reliability Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager at Kraft Foods, and Reliability Manager at George Weston Bakeries. Early career experiences include positions as Maintenance Co-Ordinator and Maintenance Engineer at Kodak from 2000 to 2006.
