Crystal O'Hea

Crystal O'Hea is currently the Director at Give Kids The World. Prior to that, they were with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment for two years, most recently as the Senior Director, Brand Experiences & Innovation. In that role, they led the development of the integrated Park to Planet brand for SeaWorld Parks and drove strategic execution through park marketing vice presidents, zoological teams and key agencies.

Before that, they served as the Senior Director, Expedition X Innovation + Business Development, leading the team investigating and executing Blue Sky projects for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

Crystal has an extensive background in marketing, strategic planning and out-of-the-box thinking. Her goal is to envision unique ideas to inspire guests to explore the natural world.

Crystal O'Hea has a MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BA in Music - Vocal Jazz from Rollins College. Crystal also went to Gaither High School.
