James F. Moyle

James F. Moyle is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in business law and litigation. Currently, James serves as a partner at Lazare Potter Giacovas & Moyle LLP, a firm James F. has been with since June 2017, specializing in commercial and securities litigation among other legal services. James is also the Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee for Give Kids The World, a prominent nonprofit organization focused on supporting children with critical illnesses. Previously, James was the founding member of Moyle LLC, and held partnership positions at Alston & Bird LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP, as well as serving as an associate at Rogers & Wells. James earned a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1991.
