Give Kids The World
Michael Bausman possesses extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Facilities Resources at Give Kids The World Village since 1994. In this role, Michael provides the necessary resources for the expansion and maintenance of the village. Prior to this position, Michael held the role of Facilities Director at Give Kids The World Village, overseeing all physical plant operations. Additionally, Michael served as Facilities Director at the Jewish Community Center of Houston from February 2000 to March 2004, managing all aspects of facilities for three properties. Michael's earlier experience includes the role of Engineering Manager at Schlotzky's from 1985 to 1991 and Maintenance Director at Wm. B Travis Apartments in 1984. Michael earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from Rollins College in 1998 and also studied at the Rosen School for Hospitality.
