Suzanne Parchment

Suzanne Parchment is the Director at Give Kids The World. Suzanne was previously with Fulfill from July 2019 to March 2022 as the Talent Management & Manager of Programs. Before that, they were with NexGen Search Solutions from April 2016 to July 2019 as the Search Director. Prior to that, they were with The Wynergy Group from October 2007 to June 2014 as the Human Resources Administrator. Suzanne also served as Vice President - Employee Relations for Vonage from January 2007 to April 2007 and Sr Director - Human Resources for Bristol-Myers Squibb from April 2000 to January 2007.

Suzanne Parchment has a BSAgEc from Cornell University in Business Management & Applied Economics. Suzanne went on to get their MS in Human Resources from Rutgers University. Suzanne also has a Business Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. Suzanne is currently completing a Global Leadership Development Program at the London Business School.
