Rich Leo

Rich Leo is a skilled tech professional with extensive experience in web development and software engineering. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Givebacks since November 2024, Rich also operates an online web design and development agency, richleo.me, which was founded in January 2022. Prior roles include Lead Software Engineer at TuneIn, where Rich significantly enhanced user experience for 75 million global users and introduced a feature that generated substantial ad revenue. Rich has a history of impactful projects at various companies, including modernizing a hospitality reservation engine at Bounteous and contributing to a wealth management platform at Morningstar that drove significant subscription revenue. Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.
