Brittany Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brittany began their career as a Student Fundraiser at Winston-Salem State University from February 2010 to May 2012. Brittany then joined Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Representative from August 2012 to September 2013, where they provided exceptional customer service and solicited new accounts.

Afterwards, Brittany worked at Ruffalo Noel Levitz from September 2013 to February 2021 as an Engagement Center Manager, where they managed onsite programs at multiple universities, ensured the success of each program, and implemented effective fundraising strategies.

Brittany then joined Community Funded in February 2021 as a Success Manager until June 2023, where they continued to excel in managing customer success.

Currently, Brittany is employed at GiveCampus as a Partner Success Manager, starting in June 2023.

Brittany Smith attended Winston-Salem State University from 2008 to 2012. Brittany pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management during this time.
