Winnie S. has extensive experience in recruitment and program management, currently serving as a Recruitment Associate at GiveDirectly since August 2020. Responsibilities include driving talent-related initiatives, managing global recruitment processes, collaborating with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. Winnie S. has designed the organization’s first secondment program, oversees the annual summer internship program, and co-manages the mentorship program.
