Ai Rousseau

Ai Rousseau is the current Director of Product at Legacy. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director Product Management at Valo Health from August 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at athenahealth from July 2017 to April 2019, where they led execution of online patient check-in, identity management, and patient portal accounts areas on patient-facing product. Ai also developed product strategy and roadmap; ensured vision aligned with company’s business objectives and overall strategy. Additionally, they conducted market analysis to identify business opportunities with build / buy decisions and supervised multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and product managers. Key accomplishments during their time at athenahealth include increasing online patient appointment check-in rate (of eligible 50,000 appointments / week) from 4% to 5.71% and reducing time spent on patient check-in by 10%. Prior to athenahealth, they served as a Senior Technical Program Manager from July 2016 to July 2017 and as a Product Manager from September 2013 to July 2016.

Ai Rousseau has a BA in Economics from Boston University and attended South High Community School.
