Francesco Simone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and client engagement within the luxury fashion sector. Currently serving as the Worldwide Head of CRM & Customer Insights at Givenchy, Francesco has previously held key positions at Burberry, including Manager of Global Client & CRM, as well as various analytical roles focused on client engagement. Additional experience includes CRM Analyst at Stella McCartney, Retail Operations Assistant at Pomellato - Kering Group, and Marketing and CRM Assistant at CHANEL.
