Geoffrey Cantrell

Geoffrey Cantrell has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Geoffrey currently serves as the Director of Public Relations and Communications at Givens Communities, where they oversee media management and maintains the organization's reputation. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked as the Media Relations Manager at Western Carolina University, where they handled media relations and publicity for various university events and activities. Geoffrey also worked as a Public Affairs Officer at the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, where they focused on increasing awareness and support for conservation efforts. Additionally, Geoffrey has experience as a Contributing Editor at Smoky Mountain Living and as a Regional Editor at Asheville Citizen-Times Media Group, where they supervised news bureaus and contributed to editorial content.
