Richard Foor

Richard Foor has over 18 years of experience in the information technology field. Richard began their career as a Technology Services Team Leader at One Who Serves, where they managed staff, inventory, and scheduling of windows-based networks. Richard then joined the Hot Springs Health Program Inc as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing the daily administration of servers, hardware, and network infrastructure.
