Alicia Butler Fondeur has a diverse range of work experience. Alicia has worked as a liaison for community engagement outreach at GivePulse, Inc. Alicia was also a founder and facilitator at LEAD Lab, where they coordinated leadership workshops for upper elementary grades, led a community outreach summer camp, and developed various programs to fulfill school volunteering needs. Alicia worked for Cumberland University as a graduate assistant in the Office of the President and as an adjunct instructor in the Labry School of Business & Rudy School of Nursing. Alicia was a project manager at Edupass Global, where they enhanced student profiles and advised on different preparation paths for proposed universities and study programs. Additionally, they were Executive Director at LIDE, where they created and formalized a joint league/competition for high school varsity teams. Alicia also served as a Special Projects Coordinator at Year Up, providing event logistics for the Leadership Summit hosted for around 200 top executives and collaborating with the organization of special events such as Graduation, Mock Interview Clinic, Golf Tournament, and Wellness Workshop. Alicia also worked as a Project Manager at the Service Learning Center for Bentley University. Alicia was a summer program leader at Rustic Pathways and a summer camp counselor at Rancho Baiguate. Lastly, they were a consultant, project coordinator, and EduTech at Instituto 512, where they coordinated efforts in the creation, production, and diffusion of over 150 lessons on three different online platforms and managed six suppliers with different deliverables and timeframes to ensure project completeness. Alicia's roles demonstrate their passion for leadership, community engagement, and education.

Alicia Butler Fondeur is an educated individual with a completed Liberal Studies Major on Global Perspectives from Bentley University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Alicia also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Semester At Sea/ISE in 2014 and completed an Introduction to Finance and Accounting and Sociology Honors Summer Program at Boston University in 2010. In 2020, Alicia earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cumberland University, and in 2019-2020, they obtained a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution. Prior to their university education, Alicia was recognized as Class Valedictorian at St. Michael's School-Santo Domingo from 1999 to 2011.
