Kimiko Strayer

Kimiko Strayer is a seasoned Strengths and Career Coach at GiveTeens20 & NavZ, specializing in guiding high school students in career planning and strengths assessments since July 2022. Previous roles include Admissions Counselor at Chaminade University of Honolulu, where recruitment efforts were coordinated for over 35 schools, and Field Advisor at Winterline Global Education, mentoring students in a gap year program. Kimiko has extensive experience in academic advising from tenure at San Jose State University, where leadership was provided to over 1,200 engineering students. Additional experience includes instructing English language classes, facilitating financial literacy programs, and leading international service trips. Kimiko holds a Master’s in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in International Business from San Jose State University.
