Matthijs van Gessel

Matthijs van Gessel has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as Sales Manager Benelux at Giving Europe BV since March 2015, with a focus on customer engagement since 2017. Prior roles include Sales Support at SV TEC Tiel and various positions in sales and logistics at GEJO Cycleworld and SZR: Thuis in Rivierenland. Matthijs also completed an internship at KNVB Beach Soccer, focusing on growth opportunities in beach soccer, and contributed to sports sponsorship development during a project with Offshore Rib Rally 785. Matthijs holds a degree in Sport Marketing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier studies in economics and society at RSG Lingecollege and Koning Willem 1 College.
