Liz Karsten

Liz Karsten currently serves as Managing Director of Operations at JRS Group, LLC, where responsibilities include liaising with C-level management and overseeing an onshore and offshore team of talent acquisition specialists. In addition, Liz is a member of the Board of Directors at Giving Group, promoting the belief that giving is the source of true joy. Previously, Liz held the position of Chief Operations Officer at TEDxNaperville, leading the organization of conferences and managing a team of over 100 volunteers. Other notable experiences include project management and operations consulting at Lab Z and a senior technical recruiter role at Innovative Systems Group. Liz holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Far Eastern Federal University.
