Brandy Gaiser Bleiman

Brandy Gaiser Bleiman has a strong background in real estate. Brandy began their career in 1997 as a Real Estate Agent at Dickens Mitchener Residential Real Estate, where they marketed and sold luxury homes and new constructions. Brandy excelled at negotiating deals and helping buyers find their dream homes. In 2000, they joined RE/MAX Executive Realty as a Broker, specializing in listing and selling bank-owned homes and working with buyers and investors. In 2010, Brandy opened their own company, Giving Tree Realty, where they served as CEO and Owner/Broker. Giving Tree Realty quickly became a prominent real estate company in Charlotte, NC. Overall, Brandy has extensive experience in various aspects of the real estate industry and has consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout their career.

Brandy Gaiser Bleiman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued French Studies at ESSEC Business School from 1993 to 1994. Brandy also had a period of study in Business/Marketing at East Carolina University - College of Business from 1991 to 1993. In addition, Brandy has obtained certifications as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in 2014 and as a Strategic Pricing Specialist from SPS in 2013.
