Erica Almendarez

Erica Almendarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, client relations, and clinical management within the surrogacy and counseling fields. Currently serving as the Business Development and Client Relations Manager at Giving Tree Surrogacy since March 2024, Erica previously held the role of Director of Clinical and Match at Family Source Consultants from August 2022 to December 2023. Additionally, Erica has worked as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Heath Counseling from February 2020 to December 2023, and as a Counselor and Client Manager at Surrogacy Specialist of America from May 2010 to December 2023. Erica holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
