Douglas Werts

Douglas Werts has over 40 years of experience in the food and software industries. Douglas began their career in 1980 at Nestle USA, where they served as the DVP National Accounts, directing over $200mm in sales to key national account chains and growing the business 54% over five years. In 2004, Douglas joined Corbin Foods as the Director of Sales. Douglas then moved to Hospitality Partners Unlimited, Inc. in 2005, where they founded a meeting/events planning and sales incentive business and directed daily operations. From 2009 to 2013, Douglas was the Director of National Account Sales at Schwans Food Service, responsible for growing the business and developing customized menu solutions. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of International Sales at Kontos Foods, where they developed key go-to-market strategies and identified activities to expand awareness in target markets. Finally, Douglas has been the VP Sales at GivingTrax Cloud Software since 2015, assisting organizations with all aspects of the Corporate Philanthropy process.

Douglas Werts attended San Diego State University from 1976 to 1980, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
