Christopher Mirabile

Christopher Mirabile is a seasoned leader in the investment and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Chair of the Investor Advisory Committee at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since May 2020. Mirabile has led the operations of Launchpad Venture Group as Executive Chair since December 2009 and has held various senior roles at Seraf, including Senior Managing Director and Board Member. As a co-founder of Seraf-Investor.com, Mirabile significantly contributed to the company's growth, culminating in its acquisition by Harriet Ventures in July 2023. In addition, Mirabile is the Chair Emeritus of the Angel Capital Association and holds board member positions at Givzey and Vencapital, while also serving as Managing Director of Race Point Capital Funds. An adjunct lecturer at Babson College, Mirabile teaches entrepreneurship in the MBA program and has previously been involved with companies such as Crowdly and Gravyty. Mirabile earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
