Igor Blinov

Igor Blinov, PMP, currently serves as the National Coordinator for the project “Strengthening sustainable and digital trade routes and logistics concepts between Eastern Partnership countries and with the EU” at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Project Implementation Unit, Head of Economics and Finance Department, and Head of Financial and Economic Planning Division at the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Service Enterprise from 2005 to 2024. Early career positions include General Manager at New Level of Animation from 2004 to 2009 and Project Manager - Tour Leader at Tour operator “Olymp Travel Ltd” from 2004 to 2005. Igor holds a Master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from the National Aviation University and a Performance Management qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
