Joern Deflize has over 25 years of experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Finance Manager for the PEEB project at GIZ, Joern manages financial aspects of a global initiative focused on energy efficiency in buildings. Previously, Joern held significant roles in sales and management at various companies, including Vitesco Technologies and Continental Automotive, where they were responsible for driving global sales and customer relations. Educated at Berufsakademie Mannheim, Joern holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Passionate about sustainability and improving living conditions in developing countries, Joern thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
